We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has endured much over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing remains the same: our commitment to your safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice, and you may have witnessed evidence of this during your visits to our office. Our infection control procedures are implemented so that when you receive care, it's both safe and comfortable.
Our office follows infection control recommendations issued by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the American Dental Association (ADA). We follow the activities of these agencies closely so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. Some updates to our practice that we have implemented based on the recommendations of these agencies are as follows: We have installed new air filtration systems as well as high volume evacuation systems to help eliminate aerosols and particulates in the air. We have also installed new barriers to isolate the environment in each exam room. Additionally, we will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect ourselves and our patients. Due to the new procedures and protocols, there will be a small PPE fee added to your bill.
We wanted to make you aware of some of the changes you will see when it is time for your next appointment. Again, we made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. Here is what to expect:
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, every one of our patients, and all of our staff members safe in our practice. Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to seeing you soon.
At Schramm Dentistry near Ballantyne, in Charlotte, NC., we’ve served the community for three decades. Many of our patients have been coming to us for general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry for years, and are now bringing their families to us for dental care, too!
Schramm Dentistry’s mission is to give each and every patient exceptional care in a relaxing atmosphere. Our friendly professionals extend a warm welcome to every person who enters our cozy office for their general, cosmetic, or restorative dentistry appointments.

We always put the needs and concerns of our patients first so that we can ensure that their visits are comfortable and anxiety-free!
At Schramm Dentistry, we want to keep our valued patients smiling! A beautiful smile not only increases your confidence and enhances your appearance, but also has strong health benefits!
Studies have shown that smiling lowers stress, boosts your immunity, and releases endorphins (feel-good hormones). With our general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry services, we can give you a reason to smile again!
Have your teeth been stained by drinking coffee or wine, smoking, or taking certain antibiotics? If so, we can give you gleaming pearly whites with either our in-office or take-home teeth whitening treatments. If you want a more permanent solution for dulled or yellowed teeth, and you would benefit from minor cosmetic corrections—such as gaps or chipped teeth—then porcelain veneers might be the optimal choice.
Our general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry options can beautify you and your family’s smiles. We can straighten teen and adult misalignments with Invisalign, replace missing teeth with dental implants, and relieve pain and infection with root canals.
